  • this standardised project analysis workbook is created in Google Sheets, and is accessible to mutliple people. the access list will be designated by the service subscriber and can be as few or many as you designate.  This workbook structure has been used and refined over many projects and supports all the core project information requirements.
  • use this workbook as a framework for cyclical project analysis and reporting activities:
    1. update this workbook based on provision of inputs from your schedule.  this is done once per cycle and is the basis
    2. accept a copy of the schedule and update this into the schedule section of the workbook
    3. contact each “owner” for status updates
    4. monitor compliance of the owners for update
    5. notify you of approaching deadlines for updates if not received
    6. if updates are made directly, then nothing other than a quick sanity-check review is needed
    7. if updates are provided in another form, then we will use them to update our workbook for the purposes of reporting
